As if Matcha Lattes were not tasty enough, we have found a new way to spice up your matcha routine!
Raspberry powder and some DIY lavender simple syrup are quite the pair and give this drink a lightly sweet and pleasantly floral twist. Feel free to exercise your creativity here too! If you prefer hot matcha or even coffee mix it up with lavender simple syrup. Trust me, it's worth the try and super “simple” to make!

Ingredients
½ tsp matcha
Lavender Simple Syrup (to taste)
½ cup sugar
½ cup water
Combine in pan and bring to a boil, stirring periodically
Once boiling, turn off heal and let the flowers steep until cooled.
Once cool, strain syrup through a fine mesh sieve or cheesecloth
¼ cup hot water
1 - 2 cups nut milk (we used unsweetened almond milk)
Instructions
Combine matcha, raspberry powder, lavender syrup, and hot water.
Shake well or blend until foamy.
Add ice and milk and enjoy!
*Option to add more lavender syrup and stir to taste!*
