Who doesn't love a good cup of overnight oats in the morning?!
This recipe was inspired by one of our favorite plant-based bloggers, Katja from Breakfast with Flowers!!
Her oats always look to have the best texture and flavors so we tried one for ourselves and let me tell you... it did not disappoint!
The combination of the chia seeds and oats gave that perfect texture we were looking for and topped with some extra yogurt and goodies made all the difference!

Ingredients:
1 cup old-fashioned rolled oats gluten-free
2 tbsp chia seeds
1.5 cups nut milk
1/2 cup coconut yogurt unsweetened
1-3 tbsp Nature Restore Strawberry Powder
Optional 1/4 cup mini chocolate chips
Fruit, nuts, or chocolate for topping
Instructions:
Mix old-fashioned rolled oats, chia seeds, nut milk, and soy yogurt and allow to soak for at least 4 hours (or overnight).
Option to add strawberry powder now, or mix in after for a layered look
