To make our copycat Starbucks Strawberry Acai Lemonade, simply mix our Acai and Strawberry powders with white grape juice, water, and lemonade, then pour over ice and add optional chopped strawberries for a burst of fresh flavor and texture. With only a few simple ingredients, you can enjoy a delicious, nutritious drink that will leave you feeling refreshed and energized.

Ingredients:

1/4 cup white grape juice

1/2 cup water

1/2 cup Lemonade

Chopped Strawberries (optional)

1 tsp Acai Powder

1 tsp Strawberry Powder

Ice

Instructions:

Sift the strawberry and acai powders into a glass and mix with the white grape juice (should look a little thicker once combined)

Fill your serving cup with ice

Pour the strawberry acai mixture into the cup over the ice

Add your lemonade and optional chopped strawberries and stir to combine.

Notes:

If you would rather eyeball this recipe (our preference for a quick morning ritual) after you add your ice: Fill about 1/4 with the strawberry and acai mixture, and then top off the remainder of the glass with lemonade.

If you like less sweet, add some fresh lemon juice or a less sweet lemonade. If you like it on the sweeter side use more of the juice-strawberry-acai mixture.

If you are having trouble mixing the powders, try using a blender instead of hand mixing. Or, pour your mixture through a fine mesh strainer to remove any un-dissolved powder before serving.
