As the weather gets colder and the days get shorter, it's important to take some time for yourself to relax and unwind. That's why we're excited to share our newest recipe for a soothing lavender latte that's perfect for cozy nights in.

Our secret ingredient? Nature Restore Organic Dried Lavender Flower buds. These high-quality buds are organically grown and dried to preserve their natural aroma and flavor. They add the perfect touch of floral sweetness to any recipe, and are also known for their calming properties.

Here's how to make our delicious lavender latte:


Simple Syrup:

1sp Lavender Flowers
1/2 cup Sugar
1/2 cup Water


1 tablespoon lavender simple syrup
Steamed and frothed oat milk
Freshly brewed hot coffee


Before making this recipe you will need to prepare your Lavender simple syrup. In a small saucepan, combine your water, sugar, and lavender flower buds, and stir to combine.
Over medium heat, bring to a boil and stir consistently until all sugar dissolves. Then, reduce to a light simmer, and stir for 1 minute at the lower heat. Remove from heat and let cool and steep for 20-30 minutes.
Once cooled, pour your finished simple syrup through a fine mesh strainer or cheesecloth to remove the lavender buds. Keep this stored in a tightly sealed container in the fridge for up to 2 weeks.

For the latte:

Pour hot coffee into mug (about 3/4 way full)
Add 1tbsp lavender syrup (or to taste)
Steam/froth oat milk
Pour frothy milk over coffee
Top with a couple lavender buds for garnish
