1. Strawberry Banana Bites

Recipe

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup plain vegan yogurt
  • Honey or maple syrup to taste
  • 2-3 tablespoons Organic Strawberry Powder
  • 1 banana, sliced in circles
  • Strawberry jam

Instructions:

  1. In a small bowl, combine vegan yogurt, sweetener of choice, and strawberry powder until well mixed.
  2. Slice the banana into circles and coat them with the strawberry yogurt mixture.
  3. Place the coated banana slices on a tray lined with parchment paper and freeze.
  4. Once frozen, serve with a dollop of strawberry jam and enjoy these refreshing treats!

 

2. Strawberry Açaí Raspberry Chia Bowl

  1. In a blender, combine coconut milk, maple syrup, strawberries, açaí powder, salt, and vanilla extract. Blend until smooth.
  2. Pour the strawberry liquid mixture into a large bowl and add chia seeds. Stir well until all ingredients are thoroughly combined.
  3. Refrigerate the mixture for about 1 hour or overnight, allowing the chia seeds to expand and thicken the mixture.
  4. Before serving, add your favorite toppings such as fresh fruit, nuts, or granola for added texture and flavor. Enjoy this vibrant and nutritious chia bowl with your loved ones!

 

3. Easy Yogurt Paletas

Ingredients:

  • 2 cups plain vegan yogurt
  • 1 cup organic strawberries
  • Honey or maple syrup to taste
  • 3 tablespoons Organic Strawberry Powder (or as needed for color)

Instructions:

  1. In a blender, combine yogurt, strawberries, and sweetener of choice. Blend until smooth.
  2. Pour the mixture into popsicle molds, filling each mold almost to the top.
  3. Insert popsicle sticks into each mold and freeze for at least 6 hours or overnight until solid.
  4. Once frozen, remove the paletas from the molds and enjoy these creamy and refreshing yogurt popsicles with the whole family!
