Gut health has been gaining some serious attention lately and for good reason! Many health concerns begin in the gut, so maintaining a healthy gut can improve many aspects of your health! We made this smoothie with the health of the gut and your overall health in mind!

So what makes this smoothie so beneficial for your gut?
The first place to start is that it is dairy-free. Dairy tends to irritate a large percentage of the population, so leaving it out altogether is a good choice for most.
Next, we have both Kale AND Spinach to get a hefty serving of dark leafy greens. Greens like these are a wonderful source of fiber, as well as nutrients like folate, vitamin C, vitamin K, and vitamin A! Some research even shows that leafy greens could help fuel the growth of healthy gut bacteria to improve the microbiome!
Mangoes were also added for a little microbiome aid! Some research has found that mangoes could help decrease inflammation and improve the microbiome! Also a delicious source of fiber and juicy flavor!
Ginger has been used in traditional forms of medicine to aid in digestion among many other gut-related therapies.
All together you have so many wonderful prebiotics, ample fiber, digestion aids, and bloat-fighting powers!! Not to mention delicious mango banana and ginger flavors.
Blend all ingredients in a high-speed blender until completely smooth.
Serve and drink immediately.
