We offer a full 30 day, no-questions-asked return policy. No fine print, no restocking fee. A happy customer is hopefully a returning customer. That’s our philosophy.
Simply contact customer service at info@naturerestore.com with your order # and “returns” in the subject line. Since we’re a small operation, we’re able to reach each email manually every day, Monday-Friday.
We process orders Monday through Thursday same day, with 12pm noon PST as our cutoff time. Shipping is through USPS or UPS ground advantage. We ship from Orange County California, so most west coast orders are delivered usually within 4 business days. East coast orders might take up to 7 working days. Note, we close our warehouse on Fridays.
We sure do! We have quite a number of customers based in Canada as well as Europe. Note, it does take longer, sometimes up to two weeks and the cost will vary on weight. The best shipping rate will be on orders with 5 or more items, so stock up!
Each order comes with an email receipt with your order confirmation and when we ship your item, there’s a followup email with your shipping tracking number
