What you'll need:

  • 1 ½ cups plant milk 
  • 1 tsp Dragon Fruit Powder
  • 1 tsp Strawberry Powder
  • 1 tsp hemp seeds
  • 1 tsp chia seeds
  • ½ tsp black seeds
  • Maple syrup to taste
  • 1 tbsp strawberry-raspberry jam
  • 1 1-2 frozen banana
  • 2 frozen strawberries
  • Splash of vanilla (optional)

Instructions:

  1. Combine ingredients: In a blender, combine plant milk, Dragon Fruit Powder, Strawberry Powder, hemp seeds, chia seeds, black seeds, and maple syrup.
  2. Add fruits: Add frozen banana, strawberries, and strawberry-raspberry jam.
  3. Blend: Blend until smooth and creamy.
  4. Adjust sweetness: Taste and adjust sweetness with more maple syrup, if needed.
  5. Serve: Pour into a glass and enjoy immediately!
