This latte is made with Reishi Mushroom powder, which has been used for centuries in traditional Chinese medicine for its health benefits. Reishi mushrooms are known for their ability to boost the immune system, reduce stress, and improve sleep. Plus, the addition of cinnamon and maple syrup gives it a cozy and warming flavor that's perfect for any time of year.

But don't worry, this latte doesn't taste like mushrooms at all. In fact, you'll barely even notice they're there. Instead, you'll be left with a rich, creamy latte that's perfect for sipping on a chilly morning or afternoon. So grab your blender and let's get started on this delicious and healthy treat!

Ingredients:

1 tsp reishi powder

1 tsp maple syrup

1 pinch cinnamon

1 pinch sea salt

1 cup oat milk

1/3 cup strong brewed coffee or double shot of espresso

Instructions:

Add mushroom powder, maple syrup, cinnamon, and sea salt to a small blender with your coffee & 1/2 of the steamed milk.

Blend until well combined

Pour into your mug

Top with the remaining steamed frothy milk & a sprinkle of cinnamon  

Notes:

This is a lightly sweet latte, if you prefer more sweetness, add more maple syrup to your preference.
