  • 4 large frozen strawberries

  • 1 tablespoon of hemp seeds (optional)
  • 3 tablespoons of Nature Restore Strawberry Powder
  • A splash of vanilla extract (optional)
  • Optional: Honey or maple syrup for added sweetness
