Ingredients
1/2 cup strongly brewed hibiscus tea
1/4 cup white grape juice
1/4 cup Coconut Milk (the thinner kind not the full fat can)
1 tsp Nature Restore Organic Freeze Dried Strawberry Powder
Ice
Sliced or chopped Strawberries (optional)
Instructions
Sift your strawberry powder into a glass and mix with the white grape juice
Fill your cup with ice
Add sliced strawberries (optional)
Add the grape juice and strawberry mixture
Add your strongly brewed hibiscus tea
Fill the remainder with coconut milk
Stir with a metal straw and done!
Notes:
If you would rather eyeball this recipe (our preference for a quick morning ritual) after you add your ice: Fill about halfway or a little over half with hibiscus tea, then equal pours of the grape strawberry mixture and coconut milk to fill out the glass and you should be about right!
If you like less sweet opt for more tea than juice mixture, or if you like it on the sweeter side use more of the juice-strawberry mixture.
If you are having trouble mixing the powders, try using a blender instead of hand mixing. Or, pour your mixture through a fine mesh strainer to remove any un-dissolved powder before serving.
This copycat Pink Drink recipe will be surefire crowd pleaser amongst friends or family (or just yourself!) Mix up a batch and don't forget to tag us @nature.restore to share your colorful concoctions.
