    1. In a small bowl, fold the strawberry powder into the yogurt until it is a uniform, blushing pink.

    2. Layer the pink yogurt with granola and fresh berries in a glass or jar.

2. Easy & Delicious: Raspberry Overnight Oats

A nutrient packed "love note" to your valentine. Prep this the night before for a stress free, vibrant morning.

  • Ingredients

    • 1/2 cup rolled oats

    • 1/4 cup unsweetened plant based milk (almond, soy, coconut, or oat)

    • 1 tablespoon Nature Restore Organic Raspberry Juice Powder

    • 1 tablespoon maple syrup or agave nectar

    • 1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract

    • 1/4 cup plant based yogurt

    • 1/4 cup chopped nuts (almonds, walnuts, or pecans)

    • Optional: A handful of fresh or frozen raspberries

  • Instructions

    1. In a jar or bowl, combine the oats, plant based milk, Raspberry Juice Powder, maple syrup, and vanilla extract.

    2. Stir well to combine.

    3. Cover and refrigerate overnight, or for at least 4 hours.

    4. In the morning, stir in the plant based yogurt, chopped nuts, and granola.

    5. Top with raspberries if desired.

3. Valentine's Chia Pots

Created by our friend Claire from @clairebear_bites. These elegant pots use a duo of powders for a deep, romantic pink.

  • Ingredients (Serves 2)

    • 4 tablespoons chia seeds

    • 1 cup almond milk

    • 1/2 cup vegan yogurt

    • 2 tablespoons maple syrup

    • 4 teaspoons Nature Restore Organic Strawberry Powder

    • 2 teaspoons Nature Restore Dragon Fruit Powder

    • Fresh strawberry hearts and extra yogurt for serving

  • Instructions

    1. Grab two small serving jars. To each, add half of the chia seeds, milk, yogurt, syrup, and powders.

    2. Stir each pot until the ingredients are thoroughly combined.

    3. Cover and set aside in the fridge to chill for at least 1 hour.

    4. Once the chia is set, top with more vegan yogurt and strawberries cut into heart shapes.

4. Pink Dragon Fruit Donuts

This amazing recipe was developed by @farmacyrevolution_. This vibrant recipe yields 12 to 14 fluffy donuts plus holes.

  • Dough Ingredients

     

    • 2 1/4 tsp (1 packet) active dry yeast

    • 1/2 cup warm water (110°F)

    • 1/2 cup whole plant based milk, warmed

    • 1/4 cup granulated sugar

    • 2 large eggs, room temperature

    • 1 tsp vanilla extract

    • 3 1/2 to 4 cups all purpose flour

    • 1 1/2 to 2 tsp Nature Restore Dragon Fruit Powder

    • 1/2 tsp salt

    • 4 tbsp unsalted plant based butter, softened 

 

  • Instructions

    1. In your stand mixer bowl, stir together warm water and a pinch of sugar. Sprinkle yeast on top and let bloom for 5 to 10 minutes until foamy.

    2. Add milk, sugar, eggs, vanilla, and softened butter. Use the paddle attachment on low speed to combine.

    3. Switch to the dough hook. Add salt, dragon fruit powder, and 3 1/2 cups flour gradually. Knead on medium speed for 8 to 10 minutes until the dough is soft and elastic.

    4. Transfer dough to a lightly greased bowl. Cover and let rise until doubled, which takes about 1 hour.

    5. Roll out dough on a floured surface to 1/2 inch thick. Cut with a donut cutter or wide glass. Cover and rise another 30 to 45 minutes until puffy.

    6. Heat oil to 350°F. Gently fry 2 to 3 donuts at a time for 1 to 2 minutes per side until golden. 

5. Valentine's Day Strawberry Spritz Mocktail

Created by @clairebear_bites. This botanical spritz is as beautiful to look at as it is to drink.

  • Ingredients

    • 1 1/2 tsp Nature Restore Organic Strawberry Powder

    • 1/2 oz rose elderflower syrup

    • 1/2 oz grenadine

    • 1 oz fresh lime juice (approx 1 1/2 fresh limes)

    • 1 1/2 oz lychee juice

    • Non alcoholic champagne, sparkling apple cider, or sparkling water

    • Strawberry ice spheres

    • Optional: 1 1/2 oz vodka or gin for a cocktail version

  • Instructions

    1. To make the strawberry ice spheres, add two slices of fresh strawberry into silicone sphere trays, fill with water, and freeze overnight.

    2. Add the strawberry powder, rose syrup, grenadine, lime juice, and lychee juice to a cocktail shaker with ice and shake vigorously.

    3. Place your strawberry ice spheres into a large coupe glass.

    4. Pour over the cocktail mix and top with your choice of non alcoholic champagne, sparkling apple cider, or sparkling water.
