ORDERING

Ordering is easy with Nature Restore! Simply add the items to your cart that you desire and head to checkout. You'll receive an order confirmation via email once your order is placed and received.

You may have noticed we've added new purchase options to some of our products! Each product listing that includes a Buy X, Get X FREE option only applies to that specific product listing. We do not allow the Mix & Match of any products.

Example: You may not purchase two (2) Strawberry Powders and get one (1) Pomegranate Powder free. If you purchase the Buy X, Get X FREE option, you will receive only that specific product.

- How can I track my order?

    Once you place your order, you'll receive an email confirmation that we've received your order. We'll also send you an email notification when your order is fulfilled and is going out the door. 

    Orders usually ship within 36 hours once you place your order during business days, Monday-Thursday. Note, our offices are closed on Fridays, so any orders placed Thursday and beyond, after our shipping cutoff (2pm PST) will be shipped first thing Monday. 

    - COVID-19 International Shipping Times

      *International orders may experience shipping delays due to COVID-19* Please be aware that tracking and time can be WAY off estimations due to the global pandemic. We apologize for the inconvenience. At times you may receive promotional messaging from us that doesn't seem to align with the shipping times of your order (i.e. a product review request; sometimes these messages are automated based on estimated timelines). 

      - What are the shipping rates?

        US Domestic Standard Shipping:

        · FREE standard shipping on orders $40.00+

            International Shipping (available to most countries, globally):

            · International rates subject to change at anytime

              Currently, we use USPS for shipping orders to you.

              - United Kingdom - Brexit - Orders

              For the interim, as of January 1, 2021 we will not be able to ship orders to the United Kingdom due to the Brexit changes in the economic policy. Later this year we hope to have the ability to resume orders to this geographic region. 


              RETURNS & REFUNDS POLICY

              We care about your health and wellness - and your satisfaction!

              You can try any product for 30 days and if at any time during those 30 days, you're not one super thrilled Nature Restore lover, you may return it for store credit (less shipping charges).

              If the product has not been opened or used, you can receive a full refund (less shipping charges). For returns on our specials such as Buy 2, Get 1 Free, or Buy 5, get 3 Free, the refund will be pro-rated between total cost and number of units. For example, if you ordered a Buy 2, Get 1 Free and returned one unused unit, your refund will be 1/3 of the total price you paid. Simply contact us to initiate a refund and to explain your need. Once your return has been received by us, a credit or refund will be issued.

              Please note: We can only issue refunds on products that were purchased directly from NatureRestore.com. If you purchased through another retailer, please contact them for your refund, as their own policies will apply.

              - Nature Restore Coupons

                We have the right to refuse, or limit the use of any coupon and/or the subsequent return for any reason, including if guests' reoccurring behavior becomes disruptive or the items are deemed not to be for the purpose of using or gifting.

                Some available coupons may only be used to purchase one product, and will not apply to other current offers such as Buy X, Get Y Free.

                - Can I use more than one coupon code?

                  Unfortunately, no. We do not allow coupon code stacking or promotion stacking of any kind. Pick one. This includes bundle promotions that give a discount for "Buy X Get Y Free".

                  We also limit one coupon code per customer.

                  - Do you offer sample products for blog/social media reviews?

                    We are specifically looking for people to help spread the word and educate about the power of superfoods. We are looking for fitness and nutrition instructors, culinary professionals, professional or competitive athletes, and social and media influencers.                     - How do I become an authorized retailer?

                    - Why is my product slightly different from order to order?

                    As with any minimally processed organic food, there can be a natural variance in scent, appearance, texture, or flavor profile from crop to crop. If you feel your product is outside this normal variance, please contact us here.

                    - How should superfoods be stored?

                    Refrigeration is not required for most of our products. We generally recommend that your superfoods are stored in a dark, cool, dry area. That said, our Acai Powder should be refrigerated after opening.

                    - Are these supplements FDA approved?

                    By law, supplements are not approved by the FDA. We follow what the FDA established for dietary supplements called "current Good Manufacturing Practice" (cGMP) regulations requiring that manufacturers evaluate their products through testing identity, purity, strength, and composition. We not only tested for stability with our manufacturers, but we also have 3rd-party testing for contamination like heavy metals and bacteria, allergens, and other unwanted contaminants.

                    - Where are the products manufactured?

                    Our products are manufactured in the United States by a leading manufacturer that is organic-certified.
