Jiaogulan: Immortali-tea?

Jiaogulan (Gynostemma pentaphyllum) is a viney plant native to mountainous regions of China. Legend has it that several village locals who regularly drank Jiaogulan tea lived past 100 years of age hence the infamous name: “Immortality Herb”. Our Jiaogulan tea has an herbal and grassy aroma for a calming morning or evening drink.

Flavor profile: Light and herbal with hints of sweetness. Mildly similar to green teas.
