Adaptogenic Pumpkin Spice Latte

It's PSL season once again!! I know, we're excited too. So excited in fact, that we made our OWN wit a super healthy adaptogenic twist! 

This cozy cup of fall deliciousness includes our Fermented Cordyceps Powder for a vitality boost, is vegan-friendly, and has no refined sugars!! Could it get any better?! 

The cordyceps adds a surprisingly delicious warm almost chocolaty flavor that we LOVE!

Nature Restore Fermented Cordyceps Powder



3 tbsp pumpkin puree
1 tsp pumpkin pie spice
2 cups nut milk (we used almond)
2 1/2 tbsp pure maple syrup
2 tsp vanilla extract
4 shots espresso (or 1/3-1/2 cup strong coffee) 


In a small saucepan, heat the pumpkin puree, maple syrup, vanilla extract, cordyceps, and spices over medium-low heat. Stir constantly to combine well & prevent from burning. Warm for 1-2 minutes.
Turn up the heat to medium and add milk. Whisk for 3-4 minutes, until heated throughout (don't boil).
Place mixture in a blender. Blend on high until smooth. (This will make the milk frothy too)
Add hot espresso to each mug and pour pumpkin spice mixture on top.

*Optional: Top with vegan whipped cream, a sprinkle of cinnamon and garnish with a cinnamon stick. Enjoy!
