Raspberry pana cotta recipe


  • 1 tsp unflavored gelatin
  • 1 Tbsp cold water
  • 2/3 C whipping cream
  • 2/3 C milk
  • 1/3 C sugar
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla
  • 3 Tbsp raspberry powder
  • 2 Tbsp honey

Garnish with fresh mint sprigs



  • In a bowl, sprinkle gelatin over cold water; set aside to soften gelatin.
  • In the saucepan, heat whipping cream, milk, sugar, raspberry powder, and vanilla over medium heat to simmering, stirring frequently until sugar is dissolved. Remove from heat. With a whisk, stir in softened gelatin until completely dissolved. Cool to room temperature, about 15 minutes.
  • Divide cream mixture evenly among glasses. Refrigerate until set, about 2 hours.
  • Just before serving, top each panna cotta with honey. Garnish with mint.
