Pomegranate Salad Dressing Everyone Will Love!

Have you ever looked at the label of your favorite salad dressing? You may be shocked to find that the ingredient list is quite lengthy and full of hidden sugars and mystery ingredients!! 

Frightening, I know. You think you're preparing a super healthy and nutritious meal for your family, but that pesky dressing is messing with your plans! 

Thankfully homemade dressing is SO simple and tastes even better than the store-bought versions! 

This recipe has all the sweetness and flavor you love, but comes only from natural and real ingredients!

Ingredients

For the Dressing: 

2 tbsp Pomegranate Powder
½ cup olive oil
1 tbsp lemon juice
1 tbsp white balsamic vinegar
1 tsp dijon mustard
pinch of sea salt
 
No Sugar Added Dressing Pomegranate Vinaigrette

 
For the Salad: 

Pomegranate seeds 
Greens (we used spinach)
Apple or pear (thinly sliced) 
Red onion (sliced) 
Pecans (chopped)
Feta cheese crumbles

Instructions

For the Dressing:

Put all ingredients in your blender and pulse to combine. 

For the Salad:

Fill a large bowl with your favorite greens. Arrange each of your toppings in their own section on top of the greens. Drizzle with your pomegranate dressing, and set out for serving.

If making in advance, place dressing in a separate jar, cover and refrigerate both. When ready to serve, shake to recombine the dressing and drizzle over the salad.
