Healing Turmeric Latte

If you're reading this recipe you know all about the wonderful benefits of turmeric, or at least have a curiosity! It is because of all of these wonderful benefits that we wanted to make a super simple and healing latte for all of you. 
This recipe is dairy-free, vegan-friendly, refined sweetener-free, and full of that anti-inflammatory, digestion aiding, detoxifying golden deliciousness we call turmeric!! 
Nature restore turmeric latte recipe
Ingredients
1 cup unsweetened nut milk (we used almond)
2 teaspoons pure maple syrup or local honey
1 teaspoon grated fresh ginger
Pinch of ground pepper
Ground cinnamon for garnish (optional)
Sprinkle of Turmeric for garnish (optional)
Anti-inflammatory vegan dairy-free turmeric latte
Instructions
Combine milk, turmeric, maple syrup (or honey), ginger and pepper in a blender.
Process on high until very smooth, about 1 minute.
Pour into a small saucepan and heat over medium-high heat until steaming hot but not boiling.
Transfer to a mug. Garnish with a sprinkle of cinnamon, if desired.
