Popcorn lovers rejoice! We have a new and exciting way to “spice” up your favorite snack!!
This one is especially fun because of the green color and savory flavor!
Spirulina, according to the FDA, contains significant amounts of calcium, niacin, potassium, magnesium, B vitamins and iron, and also contains essential amino acids (the building blocks of proteins). In fact, Spirulina contains the highest concentration of protein for any plant, herb, or animal on a gram per gram basis!
Although alone it is not the tastiest of superfoods, combined with sesame oil, nutritional yeast, and cayenne it has a very savory and tasty effect!
Enjoy this spicy and flavorful popcorn and snack to your heart's content knowing it's coated in vitamins, minerals, and wonderful aminos!!
1 bowl popped popcorn

1 tsp to 1 tbsp cayenne (depending on spice preference)
1 tsp sea salt
