Our hormones are produced in part thanks to magnesium and the fluids within our body are managed with the help of potassium. And whilst selenium looks after the immune system, zinc helps us to break down the macros in our food.
So whilst this is just the tip of the micronutrient iceberg, you can easily see there isn’t an organ or function within the body that doesn’t need a vitamin or mineral to help it function!
