Reishi, Maca & Cacao Chia Pudding

Chocolate chia pudding, basically brownie batter that is publically acceptable to eat by the spoonful. While you are enjoying that sinful deliciousness why not sneak in some health-boosting ingredients and give yourself even more of an excuse to go for seconds??

Reishi is said to have immune boosting properties as well as a long list of potential health benefits (which you can read about on our reishi blog here)

Maca has been long used by the Peruvian Andes people for its ability to improve endurance, strength, energy, stamina and has been seen as a hormone balancer! (read more on our maca blog here)

These two, combined with the antioxidants of raw cacao powder, make for one decadent treat hiding a whirlwind of health-boosting power!! (Like we needed MORE reasons to eat chocolate right?!) Best of all, both of these blend beautifully with the chocolatey flavor so you will never even know they are there!!

Follow our simple plant-based vegan recipe below and try it out for yourself!! No cooking required!!
