Red Beet Hummus

- 1 can chickpeas (drain, but save liquid)

- Juice from 1 lemon

- 1 Tbsp Olive oil

- 1/4 C tahini

- 1/2 Tbsp minced garlic

- 1/2 tsp ground cumin

- 1/2 tsp sea salt

- 1 Tbsp Nature Restore's Red Beet Powder

How to:

    1. Blend ingredients in a food processor or high-speed blender. Add in reserved liquid from the chickpea's into mixture, until nice and smooth.
    2. Serve w/ crackers or sliced peppers. Enjoy!
